QoS and ACS on 2kServer
Hi,
I attempted to install PHP and MySQL on Win2kServer...
I'm getting an 'Access Denied', Event ID 7000 response from MySQL and a 'Failed to load', Event ID 14 for PHP in the Event Viewer.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with Event ID 10035, "This host can not be ACS since the Active Directory has not been properly configured via the QoS ACS management console. Please configure the subnets via the QoS ACS mangement console." Or Event ID 10047, "QoS RSVP has failed to find any interfaces with traffic control enabled. Install QoS traffic control services via network and dial-up connections."
I looked it up in the MS documentation, where I found information about the 'Admission Control Service'. But it falls short of explaining what to do about these Event ID's, other than referring to the ACS Help File? I did a search for this 'ACS Help File' but haven't found it yet.
TIA for any help on this,
tryangle

To be honest... you don't need Active Directory running if it's going to be a web server for php/mysql. Get rid of it... you gotta know what your doing with it otherwise it screws everything for you.

Do you need or use AD? If not, remove it as it is not needed in hosting.
