cross-browser popup window

Can anyone tell why the form code for the popup window at http://members.tripod.com/sojourner60/sailors.htm works correctly in IE, but not in Netscape? The window displays the wrong size and without scrollbar, toolbar etc. even though these are specified in the code.

You need to eliminate the spaces between the attributes:
