I have a client that has quite a number of videos on her website. She wants to be able to track how many times each video has been played (and possibly how long it was viewed). She has Google Analytics installed on the website. We can see page views since each video is embedded on its own page, but this doesn't tell us if they actually watched the video (or how much they watched).

We are using the free adobe player for some videos and a paid player (wimpy player) for ones that are broken over chapters. I am not able to make any
changes to those player files from what I can tell.

I have looked at the Google Analytics event tracking documentation and from what I see it doesn't look like that would work in this situation, but I may be
wrong. Can anyone help? Or is there another analytics program or script that can do this?
