..and also was recruiting freelancers.

There are no Google ad links for recruiting any more



I read a comment from a PHP programmer's group in Florida that stated the pay was no good.

At Indeed.com there were some unhappy ex-employees but they were not freelancers

There are some unhappy customers also




I know there would be a myriad of different opinions but what would the broadest subset of opinions be about freelancing for sites like Heritage and Getafreelancer?

Does Heritage have a bad/good reputation within the freelancing community?
