    Yes you could.. you would use text[0], text[1], etc... and then you could just pass the index to your layer writing function.

    a question:

    if I have several strings of text that i will need to write to a layer at different times, could i store them in an array and them call an element of that array in the place where I execite my layerWrite function? Any help is appreciated...
