Hey guys, I need to create a form module with a series of checkboxes.

When checkbox C is ticked, it will trigger another 5 checkboxes...

This sounds confusing, however please refer to the 2 screens below

Screen 1 - normal form

Screen 2 - when checkbox C is clicked

I have worked with javascript before, but come from a mainly xhtml/css background, so all help would be MUCH appreciated
