Looking for everyone feedback on my B2B website

Hi everyone,
I’m new here and just getting started with web development and international SEO. I recently launched a site for a B2B trading company. https://epp.vn/
I’d appreciate any constructive feedback on the following areas:

  • User experience and layout
  • Content clarity
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Potential technical improvements

As this is one of my first serious projects, your insights would be incredibly valuable. Thank you in advance!

I would breakup the text better. The paragraphs are too big.

I’d also add a blog, too.

Otherwise looks good.

You dont say. I wonder why someone with that username would suggest that :stuck_out_tongue:

Can you tell me how a blog is relevant to a B2B trading company, which is not necessarily about individual user engagement?

Simple

For getting extra traffic to it via SEO.

Translation: It’s not, but lawl number go up.

Riiight…

K.

Good chat.

Not putting an unnecessary, unneeded, and not-relevant blog on your site improves both of those. Especially since you’ve not updated your socials in years…

As far as the rest of the site… it took an awfully long time to do its primary load when i visited it. I’m on a PC, i shudder to think what a mobile would do trying to load that many image-heavy carousels.

I dont think it really needs much in terms of "technical improvements’ per-se… It’s got all the bells and whistles it needs (possibly too many, even)

Half of your certificates are named for different companies than the one the site’s for… not sure if thats because the company’s been sold/changed names or whatever, but at least one of them is expired. Dont know if that shows any value to your customers.

Your product page probably doesnt need all of the non-product stuff underneath it. When over 50% of your products page is not..products… you probably need to think about slimming it down.

HI Hutley, I really appriciate your feedback on my website.

  1. I will try to compress the photo and impove the loading time.
  2. We are a trading company so we use the certificate from our factories. I will change the certifictae that expired.
  3. Thanks for your feedback about the products, I realized that but our SEO consultant said we should keep that content. I will check again.

Many thanks for visitting my webiste.
I will shorten the paragraphs.

Thats because a SEO consultant doesnt care about UX or content clarity, they only care about number go up.

  1. The entry page on a phone doesn’t look appealing to me.

  2. Don’t justify texts, it makes them more difficult to read on a small screen

  1. Your copyright says “2024”, we’re in 2025

  2. You should consider a different header on a small screen

  3. I would break this into 2 lines, so the “View more” is easier to touch and add a thousand separators to make it easier to read

  4. Your “Consult” button at the bottom of the screen should prefill the product’s name I am looking into. Also, after a while, the blinking is annoying

  5. Twice News here

  6. When tapping a news this comes up a) What is this space for ? b) The title is way too big, and how do I get out of this screen, no close button that I can see

  7. On your contact page I don’t see where you’re located on the map?

  8. Remove your link to your X account; it’s empty. Or start publishing

  9. I would remove the Author and the publication dates on this

  10. The certificate page doesn’t look good

  11. You don’t have any validation on your contact form. See https://app.screencast.com/n6W7aGiYV1CH1

Copyright is the date you wrote the text, took the picture, etc. It doesn’t change just because the calendar changes.

You’re probably right, I’ve also seen websites with copyright dates from years ago. Honestly, I’m not even sure how useful that information is.
