    Links Inactive in FF & Safari

    I just threw together a new design for my dad's website. The only problem is, the links aren't clickable in Firefox or Safari. The site is www.ducktrapphoto.com
    and the css is very straightforward. Any suggestions would be great.
    Code:
    #navcontainer {

       position: absolute;

       top: 70px;

       left:540px;

       display: inline;

    }

    /*navigation styles*/

    #navcontainer  ul li{

       display: inline !important;

       }

    #navcontainer ul {

       padding:0;

       margin:0;

       }

    #navcontainer ul li a

    {

    float: left;

    display: inline;

    margin-right:  10px;

    padding-left: 20px;

    text-align: left;

    font: normal 14px verdana, lucida, sans-serif;

    text-decoration: none;

    color: #d2d0d1;

    white-space:nowrap;

    }

    #navcontainer a:hover, #navcontainer a:active,

    #uberlink a:link, #uberlink a:visited,

    #uberlink a:hover, #uberlink a:active

    {
    color: white;
    text-decoration: underline;

    }

       top: 70px;
       left:540px;
       display: inline;
       z-index:500;   /*Add this*/

    you had a div layer on top of your link layer, setting the z-index to 500 just brung it to the top
