Hello
I am building a site layout entirely with div's positions with css. I've been able to work out most of the bugs and only have a few left. I'm hoping someone on here can help me out.

Here is the html page: test.html

and here is the css file: test.css

The two problems I am trying to fix are:

1. Why is the page scrolling beyond the viewport on the right and bottom?

2. Why are some of the divs not expanding to fill the page horizontally and vertically? (twobar, bottombar, and content divs)

edit: also I just noticed, on higher resolutions, there is a break in the navbar columns repeating background... dunno why about that either.
