I have phpMyadmin installed on my Mac OSX 10.4.4 system.

It's been working fine, then suddenly today I tried to login as a localhost user and I got this error...

#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

I haven't changed anything since the last time I used the computer, anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
