hey
what was your first web site like?
when i built my first web site i built it at geocities. it was a sci-fi site. it was OK for my first attempt at a website. not very well designed.

Well I've never answered this question before, so here it goes...
I used the AOL webspace they gave me for my account, and built a Jaromir Jagr fan page (he's a hockey player). It got around 100 unique visitors per day. It had two designers through it's 1 and a half years online...

After some digging in old papers, I found the URLs of two of my oldest sites:

this one is the oldest, I started with it when I was 12 or so
http://members.xoom.com/linkkyle
and the second one, two years old
As you can see, it are both sites like TriAxis, only the TriAxis site is serious project
