Question about frames

I'm building a site using frames and I want to do the following:

When a visitor clicks on a link, I want to load an HTML document in frame1 AND load another HTML document in frame2.

Is this possible? Is it possible to load 2 different HTML codes in 2 different frames when a user clicks on a link.
