Whats the difference between these 2 files?

Hello

Wordpress theme, exact same content in each one, both pages are using the exact same style sheet, one looks good one does not.

I cannot find any difference in the 2 for the life of me.

Any help is appreciated, I have just modified the default theme a bit. I have changed the code around everyway that I can imagine, nothing I do seems to fix it. Maybe some fresh eyes will find the error
