    I’ve used Code Bank on my project along with couple of my colleagues, and I was fairly satisfied with its features. Pretty reliable and not too complicated.

    its aweful

    the best ife found yet is codelibary however its only in german
    at least it can store to mysql (sadly it stores directly so you have to give direct mysql access)
    but you can upload files there too

    however the language thing might be a deal breaker
