Improving Your Ability to Search for and Update MySQL Records

Finding records with partial match searches, and updating them with the command line

About the screencast

Welcome to the last screencast of the series on MySQL in the Command Line!

In this video, you will revise commands learned in earlier videos, and tackle inserting data into a table. You will also learn how to partially match search strings (searching for a string within the other contents of records). Finally, you will also cover updating existing records and columns, and deleting the same. Learning these skills will be the finishing touch in your education on use of MySQL from the command line, and with that, you should be able to perform any basic operation that you need to for your MySQL database-driven projects!
