Asheet Hakoo

Asheet Hakoo is an experienced technology professional with expertise in performance engineering, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and software-defined datacenter solutions. With a background in companies like Ampere Computing, AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, VMware, and EMC, Asheet has held various roles where he has contributed to performance testing, workload characterization, and providing architectural solutions for cloud environments. He has extensive experience working with major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, GCP and OCI , as well as deep knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware and KVM. He has a strong background in storage technologies, having worked on projects involving NAS, SAN, and storage subsystems. Throughout his career, Asheet has contributed to industry benchmarks and is currently the Vice Chair on the SPEC Virtualization Committee. He has also collaborated with leading technology companies, providing insights and best practices for workload optimization and performance scalability.
