hi,
trying to get into social networking as I think it will be useful to for my business. At the moment I have a blog (blogger) and a twitter account. whayt i want to be able to do is write my blog and then send it to twitter. So it saves me writing it all out again. This principle i suppose is the basis of a blogging network but i cant get my head round it.
How can i share my blogs with other social networks such as twitter?

I’ve done a bit of researching for you, I’m using Wordpress myself so I had to dig deep to find something for Blogger! 
I found this link http://posterous.com/faq - it describes much of what you are looking for if not more, perhaps this might help you out, hopefully!

ps: Another easy alternative perhaps is to tweet a link and short summary of your post on your twitter page!
I think im going to give wordpress a try. Posterous seems good but it is usa based. They do not accept texts from your mobile here in uk.
Is it just a case in wordpress of getting a little twitter icon on wordpress. This will send the post to twitter?
Aha, the mobile is limiting alright… Well I’ve also found this link for you with regard to working with Wordpress and also Twitter, a few interesting plugins you can easily incorporate.
Btw the plugin/widgets feature will only be accessible using Wordpress.org i.e. self hosted wordpress blog on your own domain/server ok? Not wordpress.com hosted blog.

Just another idea here, you can use RSS -> Twitter services (HootSuite have one that I use, you can choose multiple RSS feeds and the frequency that your twitter account gets updated) so you only have to write your blog or blogs knowing your twitter account will feed out links to the posts.
Its also independent to the blogging platform you use.
BTW - Wordpress is great and has an amazing set of plugins !
Wordpress.com I think don’t have this feature. If you are hosting wordpress, you can automate your tweets by using the twitter plugin. At the same time, you can automatically post to myspace and facebook with your new posts.
You can also add several plugins for your site like bookmarkings.
Really a time saver. You should give it a try.
