Does anyone know how as a small compnay with little or no resources we can keep our ‘social media’ presence updated easily?
Is there atool where we can manage our facebook, twitter and wordpress from one location?
Another vote for Hootsuite here - It’s a great tool for managing all your social media from within the web browser.
If I’m focusing on Twitter and on my laptop then I like Tweetdeck, but the versatility of Hootsuite is second to none in my opinion as it is browser based (no install).
managing FB and twitter together is very easy just googling will help you find the best tools. but i guess you need to spend some quality time for blogging in wordpress!!

Im using Seesmic and its a great tool with a nice interface that integrates pretty much everything except Wordpress. They have this nice app for iphone and Android. Other than that you can try Tweetdeck, Hootsuite and other stuffs. Its just your own matter of preference as there really isn’t that much different between each and every tool.
You can try Ping.fm or Tweetdeck, you can manage Twitter and Facebook and other social media sites all at the same time.
There are more and more tools combining things together. Tweetdeck for example will let you access both twitter & facebook. Wordpress has apps as well although I haven’t seen one that merges all 3 for management just yet (plugins will let you share a post to your social networks but not see comments back to respond to).
I use Flock, it is a browser based on Firefox and handles Facebook, Twitter and can be setup to write to blogs directly like wordpress.

I haven’t used it so I can’t vouch for it, but it seems to do just what you’re looking for.

There is a twitter plugin for twitter, and you can connect many social networkig sites to facebook. so when I tweet, or digg, or stumbleupon it automatically updates my FB page. Whenever I make a blog post to WordPress, it automatically tweets, which automatically upddates FB.
