I’ve removed the link from your post, as it is not reasonable to ask others to visit your site and tell you which images need optimised, and how.
Google’s Page Speed Insights will give you a list of images it regards as problematic. You should either reduce the dimensions of the image, or increase compression for a smaller file size.

Another useful tool for analysing page speed in GTmetrix.
Regarding image optimisation, it will list the images on the page you test and provide optimised versions for you which you could download and use in the site.

You can use image optimizer which is available online. Just upload your image and it will resize your image with same quality.
