I get 50 backlinks increase on my site per week, but why do my backlinks get lower when I checked my backlinks on the following week??
why is this happening?

I am working since SEO last 10 years but I am unable to find out Google which one best priorities for backlinks.
It could be the sites that were linking to you have removed their links, disappeared or been dropped from Google. This is most likely to be a problem when you use a scattergun approach to try to get links from anywhere and everywhere rather than using a targeted approach, although even then when you are reliant on other sites maintaining their links to you, you will always be at their mercy to some extent.
Sometimes one of the reason can be which I have also faced that is sometimes we have done the postings on do follow form and unfortunately they turns to be no follow after sometime…You can check this if this has happened with you also…Mine was this reason only.
Google will not take out any backlink except you are spamming. So it may be possible that Google is updating their data… So wait and be tolerantly and see if it changes.
I am a webmaster of yuzhesoft, I am at a loss why our outer links decrease a lot. We have done much software submission, and the submission success rate is about 76%. But no outer links increase. We feel frustrated. What should we do?

Are you in charge of your SEO, or do you have a company doing this for you?
In some cases when you are using the same anchors over and over again for a long time, since this would be like an artificial way of link building, Google may drop some of them and this could be the reason.
