I am using Google Adwords and Google Organic Search together on my website. In both of them website is same.
I just want to know that is google adwords disturbing my organic search due to Google Adwords are displaying my ads as a sponsor ads on the top of page.

Your position in the organic search results is not affected by whether you use Adwords or not.
Google Adwords are display advertise on google page that is paid advertise. That is not affect in Google organic result. In Google good organic result you need to follow google guideline and do Social bookmarking and all supported activity.
