What the difference between G+ and Google+ . I have not enough idea about G+ but listen about this. Can i use G+ for online marketing, if then how? I want to learn this G+ technique.
G+ and Google+ both are same, its social networking site. First create your fans page, second step is add friends in your circle and third step start sharing interesting post with them, engage and interact as much as you can with your user.

Anyway, to answer the OP’s question, G-Plus (let’s type it this way to avoid further confusion) kinda has the Q&A feel. I see a little bit of Mahalo in it, and maybe a little bit of Linked In, too because of the discussions. I don’t think it’s been around that long, but there’s a community there so you can take advantage of that. You should try checking their rules to see if you can use that network as a place to promote your site.
Google+ on the other hand can help your name become visible on search results. If you’re going to use the rel=“author” and rel=“me” attributes of the <a> tag, that’s going to be a big help.
