The best IDE is Eclipse - with the Zend plugin, it’s even more powerful.
The best lightweight editor is Notepad++
I’ve been using Eclipse with the PDT plugin.
Yeah eclipse is my favorite IDE, though I often use Notepad++ simply for the simplicity.
