Hey guys, I am using my work Mac and the mouse is annoying the **** out of me; it is the worse PC mouse I have ever used. Does anyone know an alternative that works good? Should I just get a cheap one?
If you are talking if the Magic Mouse, then I have to agree with you.
Get a good USB mouse - probably the one by Microsoft. Can’t remember the name… It’s used for heavy gaming…
I got one by a company called Gear Head and its pretty good, in fact its the best mouse I have ever used!
I use Logitech’s MX Revolution. Have been using them for years with my Macs and they’re perfect.
Any basic two-button scroll wheel USB mouse will do the trick. If you’re looking at specialty mice, you may want to glance at the box for Mac support.
You can use any quality optical mouse or an USB mouse. A4 tech,Logitech are few of the quality ones.
Any USB one will work fine. Do you have a Mighty Mouse? I love them, except that they do clog up after a while and then become a real pain.
Yeah guys the main reason is it gives my hand cramps after a while.
I’m a big fan of the Logitech.
When I switched to Mac, I used the Mighty Mouse that came with it for awhile, but finally gave it up for the same reasons you are and pulled the old 518 back out the drawer. I plugged it in and it worked immediately with all of the buttons doing the same function as their equivalent on the Apple mouse.
