you can get more traffic with g+ , pinterest and fb by using #tags. create more images and videos related to your site and add it,give them a title as your chosen keyword and add link in description .

I think facebook is the best option for all because it takes less time to share things and also offer us an option to create a page which help us to generate lots of traffic.
But it’s very expensive to advertise with Facebook. They first charge you to get more likes, then they charge you again for your posts to reach your likes.
Facebook, G+, LinkedIn and twitter are just a common answers for your question. Apart from these four websites there is a huge list of Social Networking sites, where we can get a good linking, Traffic, followers and lots more. There are people use different other websites rather than Facebook, etc…! Its better educate the users of different other networks than Facebook, twitter etc…!
