well the real wquestion is which ones will last the longest? Directores and blog comments have been devalued alot. Not to mention blog comments will eventually get pushed off the page. Forum post and social bookmarks will get buried.
That leaves articles as a good source!

None of those are any good as link building. They are all very poor quality links. They are only used by the SEO kiddies and really aren’t worth wasting time on any more. I am happy to recommend all those methods to my competitors.
