Which is currently the best forum software to use on wordpress

There is also Vanilla forum plugin, I‘m not sure that how to integrate the forum users with WordPress but it has some nice features.

the reviews for the plugin a very bad.

Cant use sso in vanilla unless I get the the paid paid package.

Any other options.

Does anyone know of a working bridge to connect wordpress and another forum (phpbb, mybb)

I seem to remember seeing a script for linking WordPress and phpBB together many years ago but I can’t remember what it is called or whether it still exists.

Thanks, I’ve managed to find one that still works.
Now I just need to find out how to add phpBB as a page inside WordPress.

I ended up using phpbb 3.0 and a bridge.
