What is the best site to submit articles?
Ezinearticles.com it will approve your account, but after posting articles they will review it and they will publish. To submit articles in Ezine you need unique content and need more than 500 words for each article.
Article-niche is also my recommendation especially if your articles has more content with at least 500 word counts. They publish original articles at least 24 hours after review. I also see the higher view stats of the articles I posted in the article directory. Including their support for 2 to 3 anchor text links in the author box.

It is very hard to get you article approved unless you hire a professional writer who has good UK english
My first choice is Ezinearticles, then you may choose Articlebase, goarticles. ArticleBase, etc.
