I’ve been on a Hostgator reseller account for the past 4 months and they’ve been fantastic. I’ve been a Hostgator customer, for in all, 1.5 years and I have yet to have a problem they haven’t handled properly. They’re a great hosting company.

Never used their reseller hosting, but their shared hosting is exceptionally stable. Having used them for about 6 years now, I can’t complain about that.
If the server is running fine, you’re unlikely to be bothered much by your own customers. 
I agree, Host Gator is a good choice
If you do the search for their name you will find plenty of their reviews
They are good host, a stable and popular enough. But you don’t do them a favour when you praise them as “best choice price, service wise” without even having experience with the company. It looks like marketing!
I think that might be the best choice for you, someone will say they are not good enough, someone will say they suck. There are a lot of different people here and everyone has own opinion and point of view. That’s why that is impossible to say which web hosting is the best.
Hostgator is a good choice, but probably you can save some dollars with others good reseller company.
I make a different choice and I am really satisfied
