have you looked at Comodo?
They are more expensive, but I believe with a higher reputation.
Otherwise RapidSSL are good value for money.

namecheap has them very cheap. The positive ssl certs cost $9 per year.
There are different kinds of SSL’s in place for various needs. GeoTrust, Verisign and Commodo are generally well accepted as good and dependable.
