Something Like Flickr

Hi people! I had no idea where to put this, so here it is!

I was wondering if anyone knew of software that would allow users to upload images into a database (kinda like Flickr, but not that detailed). Basically a stock photography website - they would be able to upload the photo, put tags on it, make a basic profile page.

Please let me know if you know of something like that, I have no clue where I would even start searching for something like that.

I expect any of the popular CMS frameworks that provide member accounts and related hooks will allow that sort of thing but I don’t know of any out-of -the-box solutions.

I’ve seen PixelPost used: http://www.pixelpost.org/

Although it may be more of a portfolio app, than a photo sharing app.
