What is best for you should decide from your niche peopleā€™s activities. Where they post or where they are.
Try Questions and answer sites and post for your niche business questions.
Blog posts in your website related to your services
Blog comments not one liner comments, you should cover those points in comments that gives value to readers.
Guest posting on relevant niche blogs
Press release to update users with latest news of your business services or products.
Last but not least and that is effective social media marketing strategy. Build strong SMM strategies with informative content, images, infographics, ppt, pdf, ebooks etc.

This simply isnā€™t true. The whole point of nofollow links is that they do not help with SEO.

Be aware that the OP specifically asked about SEO, not web marketing and promotion in general.
Any links marked nofollow will not have any effect on page rank and therefore not help with SEO.
Many of the suggestions made above refer to places where links are likely to be nofollow, such as social media and forums, so are not relevant to this topic.

@zafi Similar questions have been asked and answered very many times in the forum (to the point of becoming somewhat repetitive).
Please search the Marketing section to see what has already been said on the subject of off page SEO.
I doubt anyone will be able to bring anything new to the table here that has not already been said.

If you have ecommerce website then PPC works on it betterā€¦ You can do social media optimization. Good content, on page with good keywords and off page submission tasks.

Currently there is no latest technique, we should have to follow properly old seo techniques like bookmarking sites, forum sites, web2.0, blog and many moreā€¦

Links you place yourself are worthless for SEO and most decent forums and blogs mark link as nofollow to boot. Web 2.0 was a marketing phrase that has long gone out of usage and Iā€™m not sure how it can affect SEO anyway.

Hi Neelam let me know where I can learn off-page points. which you have mentioned above

There is no ā€˜bestā€™ way, but there are ā€˜bestā€™ efforts from your team.

All folks here have suggested so many nice things to do, but that is entirely up to your level of efforts.

We believe blog commenting is very useful now. Other social platforms require so much efforts.

the basic SEO techniques would include
auditing the site framework
create more optimised and attractive land pages
make the site responsive and mobile friendly
spy and target competitorā€™s keywords
deep linking to internal pages

thank you!!!

Thank,s All

Now the Google uses the artificial intelligence to recognize web pages and links. It favors only genuine and quality content & backlinks. So while creating backlinks, first check the page authority and page rank. with this you can do all thing mentioned by NEELAM.

Thatā€™s true - and what it regards as ā€œgenuineā€ backlinks are those which you have earned - sites which have chosen to link to yours because of the quality of your content. Links which you can place yourself are regarded as of little worth.

@neelamā€™s list consists only of ways to place links yourself. Any reputable site which allows you to do this will mark these links as nofollow, and it has already been pointed out that such links do not count as backlinks for search engines. (Additionally, you may fall foul of Googleā€™s guidelines on link schemes.)

As for checking PA and PR, PA is only a metric used by Moz to predict how well a page might behave in search results, while Google has long since stopped issuing regular public updates of PR, so any ā€œinformationā€ on this you can find will be outdated and unreliable.

Most social media sites (including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest) mark links as nofollow, so they are useless for SEO.

All these things involve links which you can place yourself. At best, these will be regarded as all but worthless (and if posted on reputable sites will, in any case, be marked ā€œnofollowā€) and at worst may be regarded as an attempt to manipulate results, which can result in your site being penalised. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66356?hl=en

Indeed it can, but it is no good for SEO.

Use all trending SEO techniques which you know about digital marketing because each SEO technique has importance and help to raise keyword ranking in the search results. There is no difference between old and advanced SEO updates because people use techniques according to their knowledge level.
Go with advanced SEO updates if you have knowledge about it otherwise avoid because insufficient knowledge will destroy your reputation and you may have banned from high authority websites.
