when i connect my two computer with moden and router together, it can not get signal.We try to connect one of the computers to the moden without using router, Internet works normally. When we connect moden and router, the computer cannot get the signal.

The first thing you want to try is reseting the modem using the reset button. next you wanna connect to the internet with no router. Go to a cmd prompt and type ipconfig /all get the mac address. setup your router. In the routers web page. in the wan setup, there is a place to put the mac address from your pc in as the mac address for the wan port.
Looks like the problem is with your router. Before doing a hard reset, make sure to know how to connect to your ISP (dhcp or any router settings that will be lost after a hard reset).
Power cycle while using a lan cable with your router connected to modem and PC. Ping router to check if your PC detects the router. If yes check if you can browse a web page. If not, do a hard reset and re enter credentials. Ping again and check. If still not worling reflash your router.
What router model are you using? I can be more specific in helping if I know the model and if it is linksys.
