i have a serious question . should i link with websites those are related to my market or i can build links any niche . just build back links .

It is definitely better to get back links related to your subject. But if you have a chance getting a backlink from a high PR site from some other niche, I would definitely use it too.
Why would you want links from random unrelated sites?
The only links that Google is remotely interested in are ones that will be of use to real people. So if your site is about strawberry jam, you need to put links on pages where people reading it are likely to be interested in strawberry jam. Putting links to a site about strawberry jam on pages about nuclear disarmament, interesting facts about the number 7 or a history of Ferrari isn’t likely to get you any more traffic at all, and it’s fair to assume that it won’t get you any more googlejuice either.
IMO, It is not easy to get a backlink from relevant pages as they might be your competitors. Every link has a value, I do not see any hard in getting backlinks from other niche.
Both will work but in the case quality from relevant site will be high and others will be low
There are some instances where finding good niche sites to build link from is hardly available. I have chosen to link build with any good looking website or even high PR ones whatever the niche. Works for me!

Google consider the related links as a factor to analyze the site quality. So get the back links from your theme based site. Even though get back inks from popular sites like social bookmarking sites, forum, blog commenting and articles.

i visited Google webmaster tool of my website & saw that their are links that are related to my Niche / no other link but Yahoo site explorer show more links as compared to Google webmaster tool & also show other niche links also why it is like this ?
Linking to related niche site is better for SEO. However, based on earlier Google updates when you link from same network of sites (hosted together) it has less value because they are farmed links.
Solution: Find other related blogs/sites to link your site or create free blogs, add useful content and link to your original site - this works well…
