if i bought a domain from other site and hosting on other site so how to set up my website
The site from which you bought your hosting should have provided you with the necessary information to point your domain to it.
Just to expand on the reply from @TechnoBear .
You should just have to alter two lines of information in the control panel for your domain name. There is a DNS address which points your domain name to the server and you alter that to the one your hosting provider tells you.
From memory they will be something like NS0.hosting.com and NS1.hosting.com
what is procedure after that ?
That is it as long as you have uploaded your site to the hosting space. It can take a couple of hours for the DNS change to filter through the internet but mine usually take a lot less time than that.
Your hosting company will provide two values - called Name Servers like @rubble said above.
ns1.yourhostingcomp.com and ns2.yourhostingcompany.com
Then login to the admin area of your domain company and find where you can update Name Servers.
Additionally in some cases like Godaddy if the NS does not pick values correctly you need to set @ record in zone records and set the IP to your hosts IP.
Nameserver will take 2 hours to 48 hours to update (worst case)
Once its done, login to your hosting control panel and update the files and database in the correct folder.
If its the main domain files need to be updated in the root folder, else you will first need to create an addon domain and then update files in the domain directory.
