How would you find a marketing guy for a tech startup?

I’m working on a startup and looking to find a co-founder who could focus on the marketing, business plan, and customer acquisition while I focus on tech.

Anyone have this problem before? Any suggestions on websites that would be handy for finding a marketing guy who knows tech too?
