Ok, here’s my situation.
I have an idea that I really want to pursue. The problem is that I pretty much only know intermediate front end stuff.
What’s the best way to find a back end developer? I spoke to my friend who runs an interface design agency, but they’re a little out of my price range (~80k). The price seems reasonable, but he suggested that for my sake it might be better to find someone to team up with.

It explains what I want the software to do. I don’t think it’s that complex, but the most important part is that it is intuitive and is nice on the eyes.
