I would like to remove my website’s info from this website but this website has no ‘contact us’ page. I looked up the WHOIS info and I can’t find a contact info for this website. How do I go about removing my website’s info from this website?

I don’t think you can? If it publishes publicly available info about your website, then why would they remove it, even if you did manage to contact them?
Plus the fact that there are hundreds, if not thousands of similar sites…
One way to attempt to contact them is to email - webmaster@ or admin@.
If that doesn’t work…
If they have copied some of your content, you can do a DMCA takedown with their website host.
If your goal is to remove a link posted from their site to yours, just use the Google disavow tool.
