How do I contact someone with private registration?

Hi

I would like to contact the owner of a dormant website, however he has no contact info on the website, and his WHOIS is private

Any ideas?

I can call Domains by Proxy who is listed, but not sure that will help?

Just send to whatever email address is listed. They are supposed to forward any emails to the owner.

Would you like to buy that domain name? If yes please checks various marketplaces. Perhaps domain name is listed there.

Yes, just try sending an email whatever email address mentioned on whois information Or browse the website and try to find the contact on their website.

As far as I understand that domain name does not have any web site yet.
Some domain name marketplaces allow you to place a request for the domain name you want
