No way! Avoid directory links like the plague. What I mean by directory links aren’t “Yelp”, but those low quality “paid directories” that offer their Pagerank stats front and center. The ones you’ll find on Fiverr for 10,000 directories for $5. Those are the ones you want to avoid.
I received an unnatural link penalty as a result of directory links and Google cited the directory links in my example. They also cited article directory links. So beware!
