I have one site which is going down now, google is removing its url from indexed and traffic is going down
Some hidden links has been submitted of this site to other sites by someone, is it affecting on the indexes?
can someone suggest what I need to do for getting it indexed again and get some PR?

Google is the daddy here and Rule number one of daddy is that he like that kid most who have good friends. That means while doing Link building check where you are linking to FFA, Link Farms,… are what Daddy hate the most, so avoid linking your site to them. Make good friends directories, articles, blogs, forums, social media, social bookmarks also Checking that these good friends have standards too they have High PR atleast higher than yours. The more the good incoming / links pointing to your website, the more happy the daddy will be.

15 backlinks is really nothing so it could bounce around for quite some time.
Are you using Google Webmaster Tools to see how many backlinks it has?
Thats a badly thing. who do this?

Site get indexed twice at Google with around 3 Lac urls, but after one month of indexing it started removing and comes to 1700.
Why this is happening I don’t understand. also it is having some backlinks around 15 but Google is not showing that, even yahoo recognized
You should not use hidden links on your website. this is against google guidelines http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769.

Edit: Sorry I read wong. I taught the hidden links were on your site.
Someone else placing hidden links to your site will not cause Google to penalize your site.
If it did people would be running all over the place sabotaging their competitors’ sites.
The only thing that could happen is that the links are discounted.
If search engines suspect that “black hat SEO” has been used, such as hidden links or content, they may blacklist the site. Have you got any evidence that someone else has been sabotaging your site in this way?
