Hi, I would like to know how to create a editable HTML email template, that a potential client who purchases the HTML, can edit it to their needs (text etc… )?

If you’re using a 3rd party service like Mailchimp or Campaign monitor you can add your own templates and let the client fill in the content - they don’t have to touch the layout/design.
If you’re creating emails via a CMS then create the template as you want then use CMS entries, variables etc for the client to add content.
