Does anyone at Sitepoint care about the customer?

I placed an order for six books and only received three. I have sent 13 messages to requesting help. I have heard nothing back. So I called their offices at +61 (3) 9090 8200… TWICE. I spoke to a nice young lady both times. She said that there was nobody in the sales department but she would leave a message to have them call me. Again, nothing. Then I submitted a support request on their Support Portal. Again nothing!. I am at a loss. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks. I have never experienced customer support this bad. Is there anyone that knows how to contact someone at Sitepoint that can help resolve my issue?

Hi there. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience! I can’t comment on what has gone wrong without knowing more details, but if you’ve sent 13 emails I suspect something may be a bit awry with our support system because we certainly don’t make a habit of ignoring customers.

PM me your email address and I’ll get this sorted out for you today. (It’s Friday here and we are not open on the weekend so if I don’t hear from you today it will have to be early next week).
