I placed an order for six books and only received three. I have sent 13 messages to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting help. I have heard nothing back. So I called their offices at +61 (3) 9090 8200… TWICE. I spoke to a nice young lady both times. She said that there was nobody in the sales department but she would leave a message to have them call me. Again, nothing. Then I submitted a support request on their Support Portal. Again nothing!. I am at a loss. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks. I have never experienced customer support this bad. Is there anyone that knows how to contact someone at Sitepoint that can help resolve my issue?
