What do I do when I can't get an acknowledgment from SitePoint?

Back when the World Cup offer was for four books at $9.99 each, I tried to place an order for all four. I paid by PayPal and successfully put through the payment.

When I was expecting a redirect or a link to a download or confirmation page, there was only a very tiny link to the main page… and the items were still in my cart.

I’d have placed the order again, except PayPal paid SitePoint, so that would mean that SitePoint would have my money twice.

I’ve sent requests through the support form twice about a week apart since then. I can’t seem to get any response. I can’t get a simple acknowledgment that SitePoint has received my request a support request.

If there was just some word that they got the message and were working on it. Even a form letter. Something.

I’d forward on the PayPal email, too, if I knew where to send it.

I’ve paid. I want my products or, if I can’t have them, a refund. I want some sort of acknowlegement.

Thank you everyone. I’ve gotten an email from Garret and, while it hasn’t quite solved the problem yet, we are moving forward.
