I want to say that which is best theme for Blogging and small eCommerce in one site . What is your opinion ?
Not very cheap solution… I would Google free themes before buying.

I always prefer to use customized version of default theme comes with wordpress( Twentyten,twenty eleven) Its because of they build for best to work with wordpress,minimal,fast loading .

elegant themes is just a pleasure to work with. If you ever need more than one theme start here… if you only need one thme its not a bad place to start… another great place is WPMU DEV – The WordPress Experts the premium side has some awesome plugins

Hard to pick the best but we usually select themes from ThemeForest or WooThemes. One of the better theme designer is Orman Clark, purchased some of his works and I’m happy with the themes. 
Try searching for Webfolio WP theme, I think that it can fit yo your requirements…
If you want a free one then I suggest you go with WP’s default theme, you just need to customize it to match with your blogs overall look.
My recommendation is to use weaver, the theme has its own full customization.
You may also try finding ones from themeforest.com.
