Hello,
I currently own a site at http://www.grind.com/ I would like to get some ideas on the best ways to promote the site. My current Facebook promotions are not cost effective. Recently I have seen similar sites grow in popularity buy using twitter as a launch pad. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi…facebook and twitter are the best way but other than that by blog posting and forum u can get more traffic to your site…
