We’re dusting off the red carpet because it’s that time of year - yup, it’s awards season here at the SitePoint Forums!
If you’ve been around for a while, you’ll know what I’m talking about, but if you’re new then you’re in a for a treat!
This time every year we run the SitePoint Community Awards, where we give you the chance to show recognition to the people that have helped you around the place by nominating them for an award.
There is an award that corresponds to each area of the forums, as well as a few fun Community Awards. Winners get to wear a sparkly badge on their profile for a year.
Nominations will be opening over the next couple of days and running through until November 28th, at which point we’ll get organised for voting in early December.
So get thinking about who it is that you think is deserving of special recognition for their services to the forum, and keep your eye out for the nominations thread coming very soon.
