As I’m using a new theme but the problem I’m facing now is that whenever I change and save any item or graphic, it doesn’t show result on PC. However, it shows result when I view my site on my or anyone’s phone. I can’t fix this issue. Can anyone have a solution for this?

It could be a cache issue. Often if you alter the CSS you wan;t see updates in the browser because it’s showing the cached CSS from before the edit.
Try clearing your browser cache.
