I’m a website designer with no clue how to set up shopping cart/e-commerce sites. Is there any e-commerce solution that I can use for clients that doesn’t require any coding. Something that i can just go in, add products and prices, etc. without knowing any kid of scripting?

It depends on how complicated it needs to be. Paypal and Google are an easy solution if it is more simple and very easy to set up.
