I want to see that page in top 10 at google.com

SEO is slow process I think you did so many things for your sites, You just do the same frequently and should wait for your ranking. When your site came in Google Algorithm it got rank automatically but remember you have to do only white hat seo
To rank up your webpage do off page seo in do follow sites because do follow sites wil bring you ranking and traffic.
Submission all links is not the enough to rank your keywords. For optimization a website on page as well off page factors are important. You should try to get back links from good PR website and blogging, commenting can rank your keywords well.

I don’ think waiting will help you. I googled “Many are aware of the massive surge of foreclosures sweeping the nation” which is a line on your website and found it appeared on 600+ other websites.
If your content is just a duplicate of what has already been written then it is likely that you will never rank, no matter how long you wait.
Write an original page - then ask the question…
If you want to rank your web page you simply have to do some quality off page and on page SEO but work hard on off page seo to get fast results.
